This notice is to advise you of the details concerning the Annual General Meeting for the Calgary Confederation Conservative Association, featuring an update from the House of Commons from our Member of Parliament Len Webber. Please note that this event is virtual.

Registration:
As per the EDA Constitution, members wishing to participate must RSVP by completing the form at the bottom of this page no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday February 6.

Report of the Nomination Committee
Election of Directors
Presentation of the Election Readiness plan
Report from our Member of Parliament
Election of Directors:
Members wishing to stand for election to the board of directors must send an email to the Returning Officer at [email protected] to add their name to the ballot no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday February 11. There are no nominations from the floor at a virtual AGM.
There are 30 director positions. The AGM Nominating Committee will provide attendees with a list of members who have qualified for the ballot.
To be eligible to vote at the AGM an individual must:
Have registered to attend as per the instructions above.
Be resident in the Federal riding of Calgary Confederation and have held membership in the Conservative Party of Canada for at least 21 days prior to the meeting;
If your membership has expired no more than 90 days prior to the meeting than you may renew online at https://www.conservative.ca/.
